GDS COURT CASE –

NEXT HEARING ON 08.02.2015. GDS CASE CAME UP FOR HEARING IN DELHI HIGH COURT ON 19.09.2014. COURT ADJOURNED THE CASE FOR NEXT HEARING ON 08.02.2015. GOVT. FILED COUNTER AFFIDAVIT LATE. REJOINDER AFFIDAVIT WILL BE FILED BY NFPE & AIPEU- GDS (NFPE) SHORTLY. WE HOPE THAT ARGUMENT WILL COMMENCE IN THE NEXT SITTING.
