At first, thanks to all of you ,for the successful completion of the 15th state conference of CGCC & the 10th State Mohila Convention at Sarat Sadan,Howrah Maidan. All of you have done a wonderful job under the leadership of Com.Bholanath Bhattacherjee, Secretary,CGCC Howrah Dt. The every arrangement of the said conference was just excellent! Red Salute to all the organizers & Volunteers for this grand success!
Now , its our present task to prepare for the next All India One day token Strike on 12.12.2012 (Wednesday) . All members are requested to take every initiatives to make it a historic one. Our All Divisional Secretaries unanimously decided to observe the following programmes with all seriousness .
ZONE MEETINGS ON 21.11.2012 (WEDNESDAY) IN THE FOLLOWING ZONES :-
1. AMTA, 2. MUGKALLYAN, 3. SHIBPUR, 4. ULUBERIA.
All Zone meetings will start from 4:00 p.m., members of the neighboring offices requested to attend the meeting on time.
THERE WILL BE ONE GENERAL BODY MEETING ON 25 TH NOVEMBER (SUNDAY),2012 AT SALKIA (venue will be intimated accordingly). All members( Gr.-C,Postmen & MTS, GDS & Cont.Paid Staff) are requested to attend the same positively.
Agenda of the Zone meeting :-
1. Preparation for the next All India Strike on 12.12.2012.
2. Preparation for the General Body Meeting on 25.11.2012 (Sunday) at Salkia (venue will be intimated accordingly).
3. Present status of the Re-fixation of TRCA of the Newly appointed GDS Employees (on or after 01.01.2006) in our division & immediate payment of arrears to them.
4. Recruitment in the all vacant GDS Posts, as early as possible.
5. Blood Donation Camp in the m/o December,2012 .
6. Etc.(with the permission of the President of the meeting).
Make all these events a grand success! Let us prove it again comrades!
